What We Send
Messages relating to your specific inquiry: confirming an appointment, letting you know somebody is on the way, following up after an inspection, or answering a question you have asked.
We do not send marketing campaigns, promotional blasts or newsletters by text.
Frequency
Message frequency varies and depends entirely on the conversation you are having with us. In most cases it is a handful of messages around a single appointment.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We do not charge for messages.
Opting Out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and nothing after that.
Opting out of texts does not remove you from anything else. We can still call you about your inquiry unless you ask us not to.
